Team tournaments and Bending League

So I came up with a idea and discussed it with mart. He told me I should post it so here we are. My idea was to make team tournaments so for example every second month we do a Team Tournament instead of Solo. As for the league you should be able to go into a friendly pvp match or league match which you have to do twice per week. The 4 best ranked players should progress into the semifinals. So we basically would have the normal quarterfinals and those players who win those fight against the 4 league winners. Please tell me your oppinions on that :D
